IDX-10 Tubing Bender Positioning Table
RMD electric programmable tubing benders can be equipped with the optional tubing bender positioning table. A tubing bender fitted with a rotary positioning table allows for accurate bends in varying planes, as well as consistent measurements between bends.

RMD tube benders that can be fitted with the table are the models 250, 300, and the 350 The positioning table can be attached or taken off of the tubing bender with ease.

The IDX-10 comes standard with a 10 foot table. We do offer an IDX-15 which is 15 feet long and the IDX-20 which is 20 feet long. The positioning carriage rolls on a precision V block rail and rides the rail using V-block bearings.
The positioning carriage has a heavy duty lubricated gear box that is used to turn the position of the completed bend to the desired varying plane. To change the plane of bend, the operator simply turns a hand wheel and stops at the plane of bend angle (large 360 degree angle dial).

The table comes with an 8" three jaw chuck with 2-1/2" thru hole that allows for longer pieces of tubing than the table length. Chuck can handle up to 4-1/2" OD. The minimum OD is 1/4".

The table has a linear indicator strip so the operator can set up accurate distances between bends. Mechanical stops can be positioned for the start of each bend. Using the mechanical stops is very beneficial for repeatability on bigger production runs.

RDB-175 Tube and Pipe Bender
The RDB-175 pipe bender is a powerful machine capable of bending 2" Schedule 40 pipe and up to 2-1/2" tubing with a wall thickness of .120" mild steel. To program a bend, simply turn the degree hand wheel to the desired bend angle (include spring back). TN-800 Tube Notcher
The TN-800 is the perfect notching machine for the fabricator who needs to cope or fish mouth the ends of tube at 90 degrees our variable angles for applications such as hand railing, chassis and much more. This end mill style notcher is the only one on the market that requires only one end mill to notch all the way up to 3" OD. It employs a very unique design where the operator dials in the OD that they wish to notch to. So, if the operator needs to work with 1-1/4" Schedule 40 for a hand railing application he or she would simply dial in 1.660" and the machine will change its eccentric path and produce a perfect notch. This patented feature saves the fabricator thousands of dollars every year in tooling costs. No other end mill style notcher has this profitable feature.

The Baileigh TN-800 pipe notcher uses a sturdy ductile iron cast frame that weighs in at close to 500 lbs. A heavy frame reduces vibration allowing for faster notches and longer tooling life. It uses a powerful 5hp motor that requires 220V, single phase to turn the 79" x 6" belt at speeds of 5400' per minute, so it quickly can notch through pipe or tubing in seconds giving the fabricator that perfect fit every time. Bend-Tech EZ3D was designed to help out the serious hobbyist. We took our easy to use EZ product and added a 3D interface. Our Tri-Star interface is unique in that a customer doesn't need to learn XYZ, it uses terms like front, back, floor, ceiling, left and right.

While you are stepping quickly around the part, EZ3D is calculating your bend angles and rotations. No more guessing. As mentioned previously, the EZ3D functions are also available in PRO and SE. EZ3D is also our introduction to Bend-Tech's simulation.

Bend-Tech PRO was introduced with our assembly interface which has taken the market by storm. With a modest price of only $275.00 everybody can design and fabricate tubing like the pros.

We spent countless hours observing and asking questions to our customers on how they would like to see PRO work. Our customers wanted the power but didn't want the learning curve and frustration that comes with a standard CAD system. We pealed back the pillars of standard CAD thinking and put together an interface that is logical beyond belief. Most customers are comfortable with full assembly design in less than 2 hours. Again don't let the learning curve fool you, customers are designing entire fabricated tube chassis the first night they sit down with the software.

The assembly interface consists of 3 primary functions.

Bend-Tech SE is the top of the line when it comes to tube bending software. SE is a must have if your job, business or livelihood depends in part on bending tube. We have provided SE with the tools that will allow you to be productive no matter what problems you face in your tube bending fabrication. Of course SE provides the ease-of-use found with EZ, the fundamental 3D engineering of EZ3D and the assembly design of PRO. SE provides those extra tools that you will need when you are concerned about setup and production times. What separates SE from the rest is its focus on manufacturability and flexibility in design.
